Skype for Android has gotten a new update and will now support Android Wear as well. Skype users can now manage conversations on Android Wear devices like Moto 360, Huawei Watch, LG Watch Urbane, or the ASUS ZenWatch, says a blogpost from the company.
Skype on Android Wear will give users notifications of new messages and read them out as well. Users can also respond to messages directly from the Android Wear device and “use voice-to-text” by speaking to their wrists. Additionally a user can pick from set of pre-written responses or draw an emoji on the watch.
Other features of Skype for Android 6.4 are: Ability to decline, accept incoming calls from the Android Wear device itself. While on a call, users can also mute, hang up, or pause and switch to another incoming call via their Android Wear watch.
