Vespa scooter fans will now be able to book for the vehicle online. The Indian subsidiary of Piaggio Vehicles, in collaboration with the e-commerce website Snapdeal has opened an online store, which will have all Vespa models.
The company is also providing a special offer to the first 100 customers who will be able to book their scooters at a booking amount of Rs 5,000. The range of scooters include Vespa, VX, Vespa S and Vespa Elegante. These were launched in April, 2012 and this is the first time that the company has launched an online store.
The store will provide users with a personalised experience while they shop, with an ease of product selection and requirement based on the analytics shared by Snapdeal.
