Microsoft’s first Windows 10 advertisement shows the power of babies

Microsoft rolls out its advertising campaign for Windows 10

Microsoft will unveil Windows 10 on July 29 and in a build-up to the launch, it has unveiled its first advertisement which speaks about empowerment of babies. The video revolves around few toddlers seen in remote village, a ice field, London street, play area and a voiceover explains “these kids will grow up with Windows 10”.

Microsoft is making Windows 10 a service based Operating System where future will be in the form of updates and not a totally new Operating System and the voiceover says “as these kids grow and better at things, the technology will too”. The video demonstrates several new Windows 10 features like Windows Hello, Edge browser, Cortana and the software’s touch-first features.

Microsoft desperately wants Windows 10 to succeed and these new ads justify why its technology will make our lives better. Microsoft has actually produced five ads which show various new Windows features in detail.

The ad featuring Cortana talks about how the kid will have his own digital personal assistant while growing up. Another ad talks about how the kid will be able to annotate while browsing web and another talks about security features of Windows 10.

Microsoft has introduced some clever marketing campaign with these ads by rather than showing product details, the whole emphasis is on the unique features that makes Windows, a more human way to do.
