Smartron introduces student discount offers on tbook, tphone

A 10 per cent discount will be applicable on the ‘tbook’ and ‘tphone smartphone for students.

Smartron has introduced a student-only discount offer program for its tbook and tphone. A 10 per cent discount will be applicable on the ‘tbook’ and ‘tphone’ smartphone for students ranging from school to under graduate level. The offer will also be available across other Smartron products and accessories, the company said.

To avail the discount, students have to apply online on Smartron’s student offer page at smartron.com/studentoffer. After reviewing the applications, Smartron said it will issue a code to student’s email id, which can be redeemed to buy products on their tstore.

The tbook is a 2-in-1 device which has a metal unibody design, and hinge at the back similar to the Microsoft Surface series. The tbook is powered by Intel Core M processor and comes with Microsoft Windows 10 Operating System.

The tphone has 64 GB inbuilt memory along with an expandable SD card slot. The display is 5.5 inch, protected by Gorilla Glass 3. Smartron users are also offered unlimited cloud storage on their ‘tcloud’.
