OnePlus X to go on open sale on Amazon India today

One Plus has announced the open sale of its OnePlus X Onyx smartphone on Amazon India today. The phone is priced at Rs 16,999.

One Plus has announced the open sale of its OnePlus X Onyx smartphone on Amazon India today. The device is priced at Rs 16,999 and will go on sale on December 10, starting 12 am. The company is also offering B2X special insurance on OnePlus X Onyx.

OnePlus X is also the cheapest offering from the Chinese startup. There are two variants of the OnePlus X- Onyx and Ceramic. The Ceramic version is priced at Rs 22,999. Both OnePlus X Onyx and Ceramic share the same spec sheet.

The Onyx version comes with a black glass rear panel on a metal bezel while the other sports a scratch-resistant ceramic back. OnePlus X sports a 5-inch Full HD 1080p AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It is powered by a 2.3GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 along with 3GB LPDDR3 RAM, Adreno 330 GPU, 16GB internal storage which can expandable up to 128GB.

The device comes with a hybrid SIM card slot. Users can either use two SIM cards or one nano SIM card and microSD card. Powered by a 2,525 mAh battery, it offers a 13MP ISOCELL 3M2 CMOS f/2.2 rear camera with Flash along with an 8MP f/2.4 front camera.

Ola app had recently announced that users can buy OnePlus X smartphone straight from its app without an invite. The offer was valid only for December 8 and the company said that the phone will be delivered to consumers’ doorsteps within 15 minutes of placing the order.
