OnePlus 6T Thunder Purple variant could be launched soon, according to tipster Ishan Agarwal. The posts from the tipster come with image renders of the newest OnePlus 6T colour variant. The OnePlus flagship had been globally launched late last month, and have been on sale in India in two colour variants: Midnight Black and Twilight Black.

The tweets from Agarwal feature different image renders of the OnePlus 6T Thunder Purple variant with a gradient look. The shades of purple appear deeper at the top, and get lighter down the back. While the same gradient can also be seen along this OnePlus 6T variant’s edges, the pattern will not be exhibited by the phone’s bezels.

The phone can be seen with a white line that runs along the phone’s centre, in an ‘S’ like shape. While the availability remains unknown, it is not the first time that OnePlus would introduce a new colour variant after a phone launch.

Like with variants of the OnePlus 6, the OnePlus 6T Thunder Purple colour variant will feature the same specifications as the phone’s original colour options. Just to recap, the latest OnePlus flagship comes with a 6.41-inch AMOLED display with a waterdrop notch and a 19:9 screen aspect ratio. Based on OxygenOS over and above Android Pie, the phone runs the Snapdragon 845 processor, and comes with a 3700mAh battery.

It sports a 16MP+20MP dual rear camera configuration, as well as a 20MP front camera. The phone is available online through Amazon, and offline via OnePlus Experience stores and Reliance Digital. OnePlus 6T starts at Rs 37,999 for the base variant and it goes up to Rs 45,999 for the top-end model.
