Rahul Sharma’s post reads, “Hope all’s well ! It’s been a while since we connected, due to obvious personal reasons :) –> Its good to be back and re-connecting with YU. Post the YUTOPIA launch, we have been working at a different clock speed and momentum to break all that’s conventional and boring.

Yu’s last flagship was the Yutopia smartphone that launched at a price of Rs 24,999. While the phone had a great design and a 2K display along with a 21 megapixel camera and 4GB RAM, it was marred by poor software integration.

Recently on GeekBench a device called YU YU5530 was spotted, which comes with 4GB RAM, MediaTek Helio X10 clocked at 1.8Ghz, with Android 5.1 Lollipop. It is not clear if this is the new YU flagship.
