Meizu has launched an upgraded version of its Meizu M3 – Meizu M3S – in China. The smartphone comes in two storage options – 2GB RAM +16GB ROM and 3GB RAM+32GB ROM. While the 2GB RAM variant is priced at 699 yuan (Rs 7,118 approx), the 3GB variant costs 899 yuan ( Rs 9,116 approx).
Meizu M3S features a 5-inch HD IPS display (1280 x 720 pixels) with 2.5D curved glass. It has a metal unibody design. The home button in Meizu M3S doubles up as fingerprint sensor.
Meizu M3S is powered by 1.5GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6750 processor. The memory in Meizu M3S can be expanded to up to 128GB via microSD card. Meizu M3S comes with a a hybrid sim slot. It runs Android 5.1 Lollipop on top of company’s Flyme OS 5.1.
Meizu M3S sports a 13MP primary rear camera with dual-tone LED flash and a 5MP front facing camera. The smartphone is backed by a 3,020 mAh battery. It supports 4G LTE, Bluetooth, WiFi, GPS and micro USB port. The dimensions of M3S are 141.9 x 69.9 x 8.3 mm. It weighs 138 grams.
Meizu M3S is available for registrations in pink, rose gold, silver and grey colour variants. It will go on sale starting June 18.
