LG G4 Beat with 5.2-inch screen, Octa-core Snapdragon 615 SoC launched

LG Electronics has launched a new variant of its LG G4 flagship smartphone: LG G4 Beat. The LG G4 Beat will launch  Europe and Latin America, including France, Germany and Brazil this month and will be rolled out globally in markets such as Canada, India, Russia, Singapore, South Africa and Turkey later on.

LG G4 Beat has a 5.2-inch Full HD IPS Display (1920 x 1080, 423ppi), Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 octa-core processor, 8 megapixel  camera 2 and a 5MP front-facing camera. However in Latin America, LG is launching the G4 Beat with a 13 megapixel rear camera variant.

It has 1.5 GB RAM and 8 GB storage space. This has a 2,300mAh battery (removable) and runs Android 5.1.1 Lollipop. It comes with 4G LTE / HSPA+ 42.2Mbps (3G), Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.1,  NFC, A-GPS .

The LG G4 Beat will come in Silver, White and Gold colour options. LG has not announced a price for the LG G4 Beat.

LG also launched the G4 Stylus in India yesterday.  The G4 Stylus is priced at Rs 24,990 and has 5.7-inch HD (1280 x 720P) screen. It has a 13 megapixel rear camera and a 5 megapixel front camera, runs Android Lollipop 5.0, comes with a 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 quad-core processor with 1GB RAM and 16 GB storage space. The memory option can be expanded to 32 GB with microSD and it has a 3,000 mAh Li-Ion battery.
