
Lava has expanded its entry level smartphone portfolio with the launch of five smartphones under its Iris brand in the price bracket of Rs. 4000 to Rs. 6000. These smartphones are targeted to those consumers who are looking to upgrade from feature phones to smartphones.
The range of smartphones launched includes- Iris 400s, Iris 400 colors & Iris 250, Iris 404 Flair and Iris 410.
LAVA Iris 400s phone comes with a 4-inch IPS display with 5MP rear camera and VGA front camera which offers HD video playback feature so one can enjoy entertainment on the go. The smartphone runs on 1 GHz dual-core processor and Android Jelly Bean v4.2 and is 3G enabled. It comes with 4GB ROM and 512 MB RAM. The internal memory is expandable up to 32 GB.
Another offering from LAVA is the Iris 400 Colors, running on Android KitKat v4.4. It offers a 4GB ROM along with 512 MB RAM. It is powered by a 1 GHz dual-core processor and s 3G enabled and comes in black and blue colour.
The third offering in the series is the LAVA Iris 250, which comes with a 4-inch screen and is 3G enabled. It offers a 3.2 MP rear camera with a LED flash coupled with a VGA front camera. Lava Iris 250 comes with 512 MB RAM.
LAVA Iris 404 Flair and Lava Iris 410 sport a 4-inch TFT screen running on 1.3 GHz Dual-Core processor powered by the latest Android KitKat v4.4. Iris 404 Flair features a 5.0-MP rear camera with LED flash. Both the device comes with 4GB of internal memory that is expandable up to 32GB via micro-SD card.
