Xiaomi has launched its new truly wireless earphones with Bluetooth v5.0, alongside two new Mi Notebooks and a 65-inch Mi TV 4. All three devices are currently available in China at the moment. Mi AirDots Youth Edition earphones support true wireless stereo (TWS) technology. It is available for pre-order in China on Xiaomi Mall, Xiaomi Youpin, Tmall, Jingdong, and Suning. Mi AirDots Youth Edition is priced at CNY 199 (approximately Rs 2,100) and will start shipping to users from November 11.
Xiaomi Mi AirDots Youth Edition features 7.1mm audio drivers along with Bluetooth 5.0 support with backwards compatibility. Additionally, Mi AirDots sport touch zones on the earbuds for users to enable the voice assistant, play/pause music, accept/reject calls and mute an ongoing call. The Mi AirDots come with a companion carrying case, which also doubles as a charger with 12 hours of additional power. The company claims that the earphones can deliver up to four hours of continuous music playback on a single charge.
Xiaomi also launched a new 4K HDR LED TV, the Xiaomi Mi TV 4 65-inch at a price of CNY 5,999 (approximately Rs 63,300). Xiaomi’s new TV is available for consumers to purchase in China, though its availability in global markets is unclear at this point.
Mi TV 4 65-inch 4K HDR LED TV comes with a 7.5mm metal body and features Dolby+DTS audio integration and 4K HDR video support. The device comes with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage with the company’s own Android-based PatchWall UI and a voice assistant.
Xiaomi also launched a new version of its Mi Notebook Laptop 15.6-inch model in China with the new eighth generation Core i3 processor. The device is priced at CNY 3,399 (approximately Rs 35,390) and will start shipping November 11. Consumers who deposit CNY 100 at this point of time will be able to get the laptop for CNY 3,099 (approximately Rs 32,407) on November 11.
The new Mi Notebook sports a 15.6-inch full HD display. It comes with 4GB of DDR4 RAM paired with 128GB of SSD storage expandable up to 32GB via a microSD card. The device is packed in an all-metal casing and sports a dual fan cooling system, with 2+2 heat pipe layout to ensure stable performance.
