Leading global PC maker Lenovo is now looking forward to tap the affordable PC market with its new Yoga devices. Armed with a new logo and caption, Lenovo is trying to grab the attention of young customers in the country to boost sales of its Yoga convertibles.
The company has introduced three new devices priced between Rs 30,490 and Rs 86,990. The new offerings include the 11.6-inch Yoga 300, 14-inch Yoga 500 and the 14-inch version of Yoga 3 convertible starts at Rs 30,490, Rs 57,990 and Rs 86,990 respectively.
The Yoga 300 is powered by Intel Baytrail processor and runs on Windows 8.1 OS. It sports a 11.6-inch HD (1366 x 768 pixels) anti glare display and weighs around 1.3 Kgs. The Yoga 500 sports a 14-inch Full HD IPS display and is powered by a 5th gen Intel i7 processor with Windows 8.1 operating system. Both the devices come preloaded with Microsoft Office 365.
On the other hand, the Yoga 3 sports a 14-inch Full HD display and runs on a 5th gen Intel i7 processor with NVIDIA graphics with Windows 8.1 OS. Lenovo also launched a complete range of notebooks based on Intel’s 5th generation platform. The U41-70 series of thin and light notebooks, Z50-80 premium multi-media gaming notebooks series Z50-80 and the Y5070 and Y7070 gaming models.
