Audio Technica has launched three headphones in its E-Series ‘Professional In-Ear Monitor Headphones’ in India starting at Rs 7,999. The company says that all three models of the series ‘have been designed to fully answer the needs of demanding sound professionals and musicians.’
ATH- E70 is the flagship headphones in the E-series. The company says that these in-ear headphones have been designed for sound professionals. The headphones offer a detachable cable, and a specially designed housing that claims to provide maximum isolation from surround noise.
Features of ATH-E70 include three balanced armature drivers for extended response across the entire frequency range, memory cable loops over ear allows for better fit and comfort. Also included in the box is a carrying case, silicone ear tips and Comply foam ear tips.
The ATH-E50 is designed to ‘address the evolution of modern music production’. The headphone comes with a single balanced armature driver and flexible memory cable for custom over the ear fit. ATH-E50 also features a detachable cable and comes with silicone ear tips and carrying case.
The third headphones in the E-series, the ATH-E40 comes with a dual phase push-pull driver that is designed to improve efficiency and fidelity. Audio Technica says that the headphones deliver powerful bass. Just like the ATH-E50, these headphones come with a flexible memory cable, detachable cable and include silicone eartips and carrying case.
Audio-Technica’s E-Series professional in-ear monitor headphones will be available from December 2016 and will be priced at Rs 29,999 for the ATH-E70. The ATH-E50 headphones will be available at Rs 15,490, with the ATH-E40 headphones priced at Rs 7,999.
