The latest episode of SmackDown was the final stop of the ongoing battle for superiority among the WWE brands, as the real winner will be decided at the pay-per-view event Survivor Series, which is scheduled to be held this weekend.

Meanwhile, former WWE World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan challenged Bray Wyatt for a final show before their Universal Championship clash at the pay-per-view event.

In the main event of Friday Night SmackDown, Roman Reigns partnered with Team SmackDown members Shorty G and Mustafa Ali to take on King Corbin, Dolph Ziggler, and Bobby Roode.

Sasha Banks vs Charlotte Flair vs Rhea Ripley

Leading Team SmackDown to the ring, Sasha Banks called up Team Raw to the ring. Responding to the invitation, the Raw superstars assembled around the ringside with ‘The Queen’ Charlotte Flair challenging The Boss for a match.

Team NXT didn’t keep quiet as they joined the superstars in the ring, with captain Rhea Ripley adding herself in the battle, making it a triple-threat match between Banks, Flair, and Ripley.

Ripley was the most effective in the clash and eventually won the match via pinfall on Flair.

As the superstars were engaged in a ferocious battle, Flair locked Banks with a Figure-Eight. While Banks was moments away from tapping out, the NXT captain covered Charlotte for a three-count pinfall to snatch the win from her.

After the turn of events, both Raw and SmackDown teams engaged in a brawl, while NXT headed towards the ramp.

Roman Reigns, Mustafa Ali and Shorty G vs King Corbin, Ziggler and Roode

Roman Reigns combined well with Mustafa Ali and Shorty G but it was not enough to tackle the shrewd tactics of their opponents as they eventually lost the three-man tag team match.

After the clash, Seth Rollins led the Raw superstars and launched an attack on his former Sheild partner Reigns. This was followed by Team SmackDown making their way to the ring in order to even the odds.

What followed after that was certainly the best moment of the episode. Triple H, Shawn Michaels, and Road Dogg drove a tank down the ramp into SmackDown’s back door, which led to an insane brawl among the three brands.
