Play has been suspended for the rest of Tuesday at the French Open because of rain.

Fans were left wet and miserable at a soggy Roland Garros on Tuesday — but not as drenched or depressed as Agnieszka Radwanska after the world number two’s French Open hopes fizzled out following a monumental meltdown against Tsvetana Pironkova.

1602 hrs IST: Meanwhile Djokovic has broken Bautista Agut back. And over on Suzanne-Lenglen, Pironkova has won five games in a row. She leads 5-3 vs Radwanska.

1559 hrs IST: Worth keeping in mind that it is still wet and the clay is sticking to the ball which makes the ball heavier.

1559 hrs IST: Djokovic is broken once again. The lob by the Serb isn’t good enough and Bautista Agut puts away the smash to take a 4-2 lead.

1555 hrs IST: Stosur has the first set vs Halep 7-6, a bagel in the tiebreak for the Aussie.

1554 hrs IST: Radwanska has let go of her early advantage in the second set to lose three games in a row to Pironkova.

1550 hrs IST: Bautista Agut breaks Djokovic back to make it 1-1 and in response he holds serve. 1-2 now with Novak serving.
