India continued their superb run of form ever since that shocking defeat to South Korea in the opening game of the Kabaddi World Cup in Ahmedabad. This time the victims were Argentina who were beaten 74-20 by the Anup Kumar-led side. Ajay Thakur top scored for India with 14 points to his name.
India have bounced back quite comfortably since the opening day and have defeated Australia and neighbours Bangladesh with huge margins.
The win took India up to 16 points in four games and a win in the final game would mean the hosts will qualify for the semis and keep their aim of defending the World Cup intact.
