Pro Kabaddi: Patna Pirates held by Bengaluru Bulls, Puneri Paltan beat Jaipur Pink Panthers

On the penultimate day of the league stage of Pro Kabaddi 2017, defending champions Patna Pirates played a draw against Bengaluru Bulls at 29-29 in the first match on Wednesday. Patna Pirates had previously won nine of the 11 games between the two sides with Bengaluru winning the remaining two. In the second match of the evening, hosts Puneri Paltan defeated Jaipur Pink Panthers 38-15. With their 14th win of the season, Puneri Paltan is at third position in Zone A, eight below the top spot. Whereas, after playing a draw, Patna Pirates hold the second position with ten victories and 71 points. Bengaluru Bulls on the other hand are place fourth in the table with 57 points.
