Pro Kabaddi: Puneri Paltan continue winning run, UP Yoddha qualify despite loss

Puneri Paltan came back strong as they defeated Dabang Delhi 34-31, Bengaluru Bulls produced a measured performance to beat UP Yoddha 36-30.

Puneri Paltan recorded their second win at home as they defeated Dabang Delhi 34-31.

Pro Kabaddi 2017: Puneri Paltan continued their winning run at home as they came back from behind to beat Dabang Delhi 34-31. With all-rounder Sandeep Narwal not playing, Rajesh Mondal stepped up to the occasion as he powered Pune to take lead in the dying moments of the match. And it was yet another superb performance from captain Deepak Hooda as he scored a Super 10 to keep Pune in the game. Earlier, Bengaluru Bulls recorded a 38-32 win over UP Yoddha. Despite the result, the Nitin Tomar-led side became the sixth team to qualify for the playoffs. Mahender Singh and Rohit Kumar both scored Super 10s for Bulls as they maintained their lead over UP Yoddha.
