A legal counselor for Michael Schumacher has told a court in Germany that the previous Formula 1 best “can’t walk” taking after his skiing harm.

Felix Damm was itemizing the degree of Schumacher’s wounds in a claim against German magazine, Bunte.

Michael Schumacher, who suffered a head injury in a skiing accident in France in December, 2013, has not yet shown any sign of recovery. As his agent, Sabnie Kehm, denied the story reported by Bunte, that the seven-time world champion could walk again.

The accident, left the former ferrari driver in a coma, with doctors describing his condition as ‘extremely serious’ the day after his admission.

“Unfortunately we are forced by a recent press report to clarify that the assertion that Michael could move again is not true.” said Sabnie Kehm

” Such speculation is irresponsible, because given the seriousness of his injuries, his privacy is very important. Unfortunately they also give false hopes to many involved people.” added the agent.

Bunte had quoted a source and had said that Schumacher could manage some steps with the help of a therapists and could raise an arm.
