IPL 2019, SRH vs RCB: No Kane Williamson for SRH, Prayas Ray Barman becomes youngest to play in IPL

At 16 years and 157 days, Prayas Ray Barman is the youngest ever player to play an IPL match and one of the youngest in the world to play in a T20 tournament.

Royal Challengers Bangalore captain Virat Kohli won the toss and elected to bowl first against Sunrisers Hyderabad in Sunday’s IPL fixture between the two sides. SRH skipper Kane Williamson was unavailable yet again, meaning Bhuvneshwar Kumar is leading the team.

Sunrisers made two changes, replacing the injured Williamson for Afghanistan’s Mohammad Nabi and Deepak Hooda for Shabaz Nadeem. For RCB, Prayas Ray Barman will be making his debut in place of Navdeep Saini. At the age of 16 years and 157 days Barman is the youngest player ever to play in the IPL and one of the youngest ever to play a professional T20 match.
