DC vs PBKS: Delhi Capitals’ play-offs hopes hang by a thread, while Punjab Kings need a big win to improve their net run rate and stay in the fray for the top four spots, when they will lock horns at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in New Delhi.
With three games remaining in the league for the Capitals, they have two left to play against Punjab Kings. The team from Delhi need to win all three in order to have any chance of making it to the play-offs which looks unlikely. A loss here will officially put an end to DC’s IPL campaign.
Meanwhile, for Punjab, who are off after a big loss against Kolkata Knight Riders, the team from Punjab needs to give its all in the remaining three games and make it count to get to 16 points at the end of the league stage.
