Euro 2016, Sweden 1-1 Ireland: As it happened

Ireland enjoyed the lion's share of chances but couldn't do enough to hold off Sweden. The two drew 1-1 at Stade de France.

Ireland dominated and had the better chances but an own goal by Clark means Sweden go back with a point despite not having a shot on target the entire game.

71 minutes: GOALL!! Sweden equalise with an unfortunate own goal by Clark. Ibrahimovich at the heart of things as he cuts inside on the line and chips in a cross which the Irish player can’t get away but heads into his own goal!

For Ireland: Jonathan Walters went off for James McClean

58 minutes: At Euro 2012, Ireland lost all three of their group stage matches to go out. Now they’re half an hour away from a win. But half an hour a lot of time in football.

47 minutes: GOAL!!!! Ireland finally get the goal they deserved. Seamus Coleman cuts in from the right and Wesley Hoolahan with a perfectly struck half volley on the bounce and he’s beaten Isaksson. 1-0 to Ireland!
