Germany and Poland pick up 1-0 win in final Group C games to progress to last 16 of Euro 2016.

Germany win 1-0 in Paris against Northern Ireland and that scoreline should have been much higher but for keeper McGovern. Over in Marseille, Ukraine finish tournament without a win after going down 0-1 to Poland. With the results, Germany top group on goal difference even though both Die Mannschaft and Poland pick 7 points in the group stages. (RESULTS | STANDINGS)
