ISL 2018, Jamshedpur FC vs Kerala Blasters Highlights: Jamshedpur FC were held to a 2-2 draw by Kerala Blasters at the JRD Tata Sports Complex in the Indian Super League (ISL) 2018 on Monday. Both sides maintained their unbetean run in the season so far. Jamshedpur were the better team in the first half, scoring two goals but smart substitutions by Kerala ensured that they made a comeback to go home with one point.

GOAL! CK Vineeth levels the match 2-2 after a cut-back from Doungel. Kerala Blasters are not giving up with last few minutes of the match left. Doungel has been a very smart substitution for the visitors. Kerala make full use of Jamshedpur's poor defending.


Double substitution for the hosts: Passi comes on for Soosairaj. Calvo replaces Cahill.


GOAL! Doungel has immediate impact as he sends a cross from the left and Stojanovic slams a thunderous volley past Subrata to give Kerala the first goal. Kerala are back in the game. 


Jamshedpur get a free-kick after Cahill and Jhingan go at it again. Kerala giving a better show in this half.

Stojanovic goes down by Balmuchu. The Blasters get a penalty. Stojanovic steps up and shoots but Subrata produces a wonderful save to deny the him from the spot!

Samad's threads a ball in for Poplantik who tries to find the top corner of Subrata's goal and clips the top of the crossbar! That's the closest Kerala have come to scoring tonight.

Jamshedpur get the second half underway against Kerala Blasters, who begin with some changes. 

Changes for KB: Samad replaces Lalruatthara. Kali replaces Kizito.

Goals from Cahill, Soosairaj give the hosts Jamshedpur FC 2-0 lead going into the half-time. Jamshedpur were on fire from the starting whistle and never looked back. 


GOAL! Finding some space on the let, Soosairaj curls the ball past Naveen to double Jamshedpur's lead against Kerala Blasters. During celebration, Cahill is seen saying something in the goalscorer's ears. Secret joke or passing advice?

Cahill does well to switch the play and bring Soosairaj into the game! The youngster tries to curl one in but it's wide!


Kerala Blasters earn a free kick after Stojanovic is caught late by Soosairaj. He plays it back as the team rotates the ball with intent.


The early goal gives the hosts the motivation. They are charging ahead. Jamshedpur with a corner, taken by Cidoncha but it is a wasted opportunity.


GOAL! A diving header from Tim Cahill gives the hosts 1-0 lead at the start of the match. Cahill's goal is the fastest goal of the season so far.

But here (we have) 18 matches and so every game is like final. For me, tomorrow's match is a final. Jamshedpur FC, with a possession-based style of play, have dominated games but their failure to convert chances and a lack of accuracy in shooting has contributed to their plight. The fact that star striker Tim Cahill is yet to attain complete match fitness could be an issue for coach Cesar Ferrando.
