He further added, “I have spoken to the manager, Zambrotta and I am in tune with his plans for the season, and I believe we can do even better than last season.”

Speaking on Ruben’s signing, head Coach of Delhi Dynamos, Gianluca Zambrotta said, “We are glad to have Ruben Gonzalez in our team, he will strengthen our defense and the experience he has gained by playing and training alongside players like Heirro, Carlos, Figo and of course Zidane will only benefit the club and the other players on the field, he will definitely be one of the leaders on and off the pitch for the club.”

“We at Delhi Dynamos F.C. have always led the line in player acquisitions over the last few years and this year has been no different wherein we have signed some of the best talent,” said Prashant Agarwal, President of Delhi Dynamos.

He further added, “Another marquee signing in Ruben, a player who has played with the Galaticos at Los Blancos, adds to not only the depth in quality on the pitch but also adds value in terms of the experience off the pitch. With his addition, as well as that of Samir Nabi, I am very proud of the overall balance of the squad.”
