WPL 2024 Delhi Capitals Team Players List: The Delhi Capitals were the first franchise who wrapped up their auction in record time with the key signing of Annabel Sutherland for Rs 2 crore. After that, they added just two more players – Aparna Mondal for Rs 10 lakh and Ashwani Kumari for Rs 10 lakh.
Last season, the Capitals finished as runner-up last season in the Women’s Premier League.
The Delhi franchise of the Women’s Premier League will be owned by JSW GMR Cricket Private Limited, a partnership of GMR Group and JSW Sports. While ex-Surrey, Gloucestershire and Northamptonshire wicketkeeper-batter Jonathan Batty will be their head coach, former India international Hemlata Kala and former Australia cricketer Lisa Keightley will share assistant coach duties.
