Virat Kohli, who will lead team India for the home series against New Zealand from September 22, will be seen sporting a new look in the three match Test series which would be followed by five ODIs.
Kohli who is an active member on social media, uploaded a picture of him, heading towards his next destination after a shoot, where the right-handed batsman got a new make over. The Indian Test skipper took to his Instagram handle and uploaded the photo which said, ” You know its been a good day when u finish a shoot 3 hours before time and then the master at work @apenigeorge sends u back with a slick haircut.”
Virat’s all new hairdo was done by Apeni George, a famous hair-stylist, who has previously worked for left-handed batsman – Yuvraj Singh.
India’s series against New Zealand begins on September 22, with the Kiwis playing the 1st Test match at Green Park in Kanpur.
Team India is currently on a break after their tour to West Indies, where they played four Test matches in Caribbean. And, two-match T20 International series in the United States.
On West Indies tour, Virat scored his first Test double hundred, ended with 251 runs in the four match series, where the fourth match was called off due to wet out-field. The no result meant that the India lost their temporary No.1 Test spot to Pakistan, with the Misbah-Ul-Haq-led side winning the fourth Test in England.
