The Mumbai Indians skipper has spent around Rs 5 Cr on this bungalow which is 7,500 square feet.
The plot covers a total area of close to 10,000 square feet.
The bungalow is a part of Sunil Shetty ’s company project ‘Discovery’.
“It is said that the initial demand for the villa was somewhere close to Rs 8 crore, which was brought down to Rs 5 crore post negotiations,” suggest sources.
Last year, Rohit had purchased a Rs 30 crore flat on the 29th floor of Ahuja Towers in Prabhadevi.
