Australia vs Pakistan 1st ODI: Pakistan Cricket Team will play in an One-Day International for the first time after their exit from the ODI Cricket World Cup, held in India in November 2023. That’s almost a year-long absence from the 50-over format for the Pakistan Cricket Team.

That being said, the Pakistan Cricket Team has endured plenty of drama in the past year.

Take Babar Azam for example: in the past year, Babar Azam has resigned as Pakistan’s ODI captain, resumed control of the team and has stepped down once again.

The Pakistan team in the ODIs is currently led by wicketkeeper-batter Mohammad Rizwan, as the team looks to create some momentum heading into the Champions Trophy that Pakistan is hosting next year.
