Kidambi Srikanth’s incredible 2017 continues as the Indian shuttler beats Japan’s Kenta Nishimoto in French Open Super Series men’s singles final on Sunday. Srikanth took just 35 minutes to register a convincing 21-14, 21-13 win over his Japanese opponent. This was the Indian’s second Super Series title in less than two weeks and fourth this year. He takes his career Super Series tally to six. The only time Srikanth looked in a spot of bother was when he trailed 5-9 in the opening game. Apart from that, it was Srikanth all the way as he dominated his opponent in the remainder of what turned out to be comfortable win.
