Ingredients:

Potatoes (peeled, boiled and mashed): 200 gm

Amul Cream 50 ml

Butter 50 gm

Salt and pepper to taste

Parmesan cheese 100 gm

Toppings:

Chopped Parsley 50 gm

Cornflakes 50 gm, crushed

Mix Vegetables (chopped) 50 gm

BBQ sauce 50 ml

Ice cream cones: 4

Method:

Heat the butter, add potatoes, cream, and salt and pepper. Add parmesan cheese to finish, Fill in the cones with the mash potatoes, and top it with various toppings, to make it colourful.
