Accusing ULFA chairman Arabinda Rajkhowa of compromising with the outfits ideals,the anti-talk faction of the militant group on Sunday gave an ultimatum to him to return to active duty within three months. In an email to media houses,Arunudoy Asom of the anti-talk faction,said in case of failure to comply with the deadline,they would be forced to change leadership.
