Leading property developer TVH launched a Rs 800 crore residential and integrated township project in the city.
The multifaceted Aurora Township offers premium villas,high-rise residences,malls and shopping centres and 1600-seat,eight-screen multiplexes,True Value Homes (TVH) Chairman N Ravichandran told reporters here today.
The residential apartments,Vista Heights,would be built in two phases accommodating about 800 apartments,with one,two,three and four-bedroom units on offer,ranging from 500 square feet to 4,000 square feet,he said.
There would also be 40 villas spread across four-and-a-half acres,he said.
The township project is spread over 18 lakh square feet,including seven lakh square feet of both mall and commercial buildings,which would be completed in five years,he said.
