Tata housing triumphs at Bloomberg APP awards

Tata Housing Development was honored with the prestigious 5 star award.

Tata Housing Development was honored with the prestigious 5 star award for Shubh Griha (Smart Value Homes) and New Haven (Affordable Lifestyle) in the Best Development,Residential category and the Best Development Marketing,Residential category,respectively. It also received the Best Architecture,Residential category for Privé,Lonavala at the Bloomberg Asia Pacific Property Awards,2010.

No less than 19 different countries took part and the winners were announced on Friday,April 16th at The Langham Hotel in Hong Kong at a gala dinner and networking day attended by hundreds of leading property professionals from across Asia Pacific. The evaluation process was based on a rating system,where in all entries were allocated scores based on strict predefined criteria. The allocated scores were totaled and the winning entries were awarded with 5 and 4 star ratings respectively.

Speaking on the occasion Brotin Banerjee,Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer,Tata Housing said,Its a very proud moment for us and we are extremely happy on the receipt of these prestigious awards. This will strengthen our commitment to create landmark projects in the country.

The International Property Awards,2010 is the worlds most prestigious competition dedicated to identifying the best real estate professionals across the globe. Winning one of these coveted awards is proof that Tata Housing is not only able to compete at this level but also win within the highly competitive Asia Pacific property arena.ter this year,top scoring winners from the Asia Pacific Property Awards will compete against other winning companies from Europe & Africa,the UK,the Americas and Arabia to find the ultimate Worlds Best in each category.
