Ragini (Kainaz Motivala) and Uday (Rajkumar Yadav),who have been dating for five months decide to take their relationship to the next level and plan a weekend getaway to a friend’s farmhouse.

As fate would have it,the trip turns into a nightmare for Ragini. She discovers that the farmhouse is rigged with cameras by Uday,who decides to capture their intimate moments,looking to make a quick buck. But,when Uday watches the videotapes,much to his dismay,he discovers that there is some kind of paranormal activity in the house.

* Ragini MMS has been made on the lines of Paranormal Activity. But while the Hollywood film had been shot in a cinema verite style (stock footage used to piece together the story),Ragini MMS has been shot in a faux cinema verite style.

*Leading lady Kainaz Motivala worked as a scribe with a leading English paper before she set her sights on Bollywood

*Producer Ekta Kapoor has used a remixed version of Bappi Lahiri’s song You are my chicken fry in Ragini MMS. The song had earlier featured in Rock Dancer (1995)
