Kabir Malhotra (Rajneesh Duggal) and Sia (Roshni Chopra) are a happily married couple. But things go for a toss after Sia disappears without a clue. Kabir seeks a friend Disha’s (Adah Sharma) help and he sets out on a mission to trace his missing wife. Phhir is the second film in which Adah and Rajneesh have starred together. They played a romantic couple in Vikram Bhatt’s horror flick 1920.

Phhir marks the debut of television actress Roshni Chopra. Wonder if the film is on the same lines as Vikram Bhatt’s 1920 and Raaz?

The buzz

* Vikram Bhatt has hired The Ice Maiden, one of the costliest ships at 6,000 pounds a day to shoot a few scenes for Phhir. The producer confessed that it was the costliest shoot that he had ever done. “I would have never spent that amount hiring a ship,if it wasn’t required to get the scene right,” he reportedly said. The temperature was freezing, almost below zero degree, when the cast and the crew shot the ship sequence.

* Rajneesh was almost burnt while shooting for the promotional song Yaadein. The model-turned-actor had to stand on a table and a fire was lit in the background. The flames got out of control and the table caught fire. Luckily the blaze was doused in time.
