The Bombay Stock Exchange today said it has decided to make replacements in BSE Mid-Cap and Small-Cap indexes with effect from October 11.
The Mid-Cap index will include scrips of Amara Raja Batteries,Bajaj Corp,Bajaj Auto Finance,Cholamandalam Invst & Fin Co,City Union Bank,Future Capital Holdings,Glodyne Technoserve and Gujarat Pipavav Port,a BSE release said here.
The Mid-Cap index will also include Jyothy Laboratories,KSK Energy Venture,Money Matters Financial Services,Raymond,Responsive Industries,Shoppers Stop,Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision,SpiceJet,Sterling International Enterprises,Strides Arcolab,Unichem Laboratories,Vardhman Textiles and Wabco-Tvs (India).
Scrips of Ashok Leyland,Indian Bank,LIC Housing Finance,Oriental Bank of Commerce,Sigrun Hoslings,Titan Industries and Yes Bank will be excluded from the Mid-Cap Index effective from October 11,the release said.
The BSE announced the inclusion of Ajanta Pharma,Birla Power Solutions,Camlin,Canfin Homes,Centrum Capital,Garware Polyester,Indosolar,ION Exchange (India),Prakash Steelage,Sanwaria Agro Oil and Siyaram Silk Mills in the BSE Small-Cap Index with effect from Monday next.
The Small-Cap Index will exclude scrips like Amara Raja Batteries,Bajaj Auto Finance,Future Capital,Jyothy Laboratories,Raj Oil Mills,Raymond,Shoppers Stop,SpiceJet,,Unichem Labs,Vardhman Textiles and Wabco-TVS (India) Ltd in the list.
Meanwhile,the exchange will add Microsec Financial Services’ scrip in BSE IPO Index from October 7,the release added.
