Now,NHRC sends team to Bhatta-Parsaul

It took 12 days for the National Human Rights Commission NHRC to act on complaints of alleged police atrocities that it had received following farmers protests demanding a higher compensation from the Mayawati government in Bhatta-Parsaul villages of Greater Noida.

After having announced on May 12 that it was pained over the incidents and will send a probe team to the two affected villages,the apex human rights watchdog sent a seven-member team,led by a Senior Superintendent of Police SSP,only on Tuesday.
