MP should hand over Joshi murder probe to CBI: Gehlot

Alluding that the Madhya Pradesh Polices probe into the murder of Sunil Joshi,the alleged key conspirator in terror attacks perpetrated by Hindu extremist groups,is not impartial,Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot on Monday stated that the MP government should hand over the probe to the CBI.

We have been demanding for some time now that the investigation be handed over to the CBI. In my opinion,the MP government should take this issue forward and hand over the probe themselves since it is a BJP government, Gehlot said. He added that Joshi was an RSS activist and pracharak and that MP Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan also hailed from the same background. By handing over the probe to the CBI,the nation will know the truth about the murder, Gehlot added.
