Krishna takes a dig at Jairam

The Environment Ministry has no borders. It transcends all borders. External Affairs Minister S M Krishna thus said of the ministry headed by Jairam Ramesh,who recently expressed reservations over power projects in Arunachal Pradesh being taken up on strategic grounds. Elected representatives from the state Tuesday met Krishna to counter Jairams stand on hydro-electric projects.
