Tell us about your daily diet.
I start my day with a glass of fresh carrot and cucumber juice. I avoid tea or coffee. Breakfast is fruits,cereals and muesli. Lunch is white meatfish or chickenwith rice and dal. I dont take roti. Dinner is rice with fresh vegetables or fish.
Whats your exercise routine?
I run for at least half an hour everyday. I also spend one-and-a-half hours at the gym,where I do cardio for the first 30 minutes and light weights for the remaining hour.

What would you do if you had to put on or lose weight in a hurry?
If you want a change in your body,70 per cent of the effort should go in modifying your diet and the remaining 30 per cent should be taken care of by workouts. If I had to lose weight in a hurry,I would avoid atta and if I had to gain it,Id take lots of red meat.
How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
I try my best to stick to it but while traveling,I often fail to do so.
Whats your idea of health?
A fit body,good food and regular workouts.
