Tell us about your daily diet
I have a hearty breakfast that generally includes porridge,oatmeal,sweet lime and orange juice. Lunch is three to four chappatis,dal,sabzi and salad. Dinner is salads,soups and sprouts.
Whats your exercise routine?
I alternate between weight training and 45minutes of cardio. I also practise tai-chi twice a week and go biking once a week I like to mix things to avoid boredom.
Whats your favourite cuisine?
Dal chawal and dahi.
Is there anything you binge on?
My wife always tells me to go easy on snacks because I have a bad habit of stuffing myself with everything I can see. I can be a glutton sometimes.
What would you do if you had to put on or lose weight in a hurry?
That would be my trainers problem. When you have a dedicated trainer,all you have to do is have faith,he charts the course of action.
How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
Being a Virgo,I am usually very disciplined. But there are days (Sundays) when I can cheat.
Whats your idea of health?
Eating right and exercising a little bit everyday. Choose some form of exercise you enjoy (dance,yoga,swimming) so that keeping fit becomes fun.
