Breakfast is fruit or toast. Lunch is dal,roti,rice and sabzi. Dinner is the same,although I try to eat less carbs at night.

I hit the gym when I can.

Anything that is prepared well.

What would you do if you had to put on or lose weight in a hurry?
I would never want to put on weight but if I had to lose it Id probably exercise more and follow a healthy diet.
How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
Ive never tried to stick to one.
