Akshay Kumars interview on the cover in Screen dated December 30,titled Action Hero 2.0,made for an interesting read. It was nice to have Akshay talking about the ups and downs he has faced in the past and his future projects. I was surprised to read that even though he is an A-list star,he fears that one day hed wake up and not get calls from his directors and producers! I was also taken back after reading that hed report to work even when he is sick and unwell. Kudos to the star for his determination.
The 2011 Round-Up,which highlighted the trends in the year gone by,was an easy read but I wish there was more information about the amount of money the industry had garnered in 2011. It would have been nice to read about the hits and misses of the year.

Mention the worst too
I would subscribe to Screen regularly, when I was in India because I am a film buff. However,I had missed reading it for the last 10 years as I was abroad. When I visited here recently,I picked up the issue dated December 30. I was happy to see the brand new avatar, the tabloid version of Screen. The pages, which impressed me were the 2011 Round-up pages. The presentation was great, but I was a bit disappointed with the fact that you did not mention any worsts in terms of cinema,TV shows or filmmakers of Bollywood. I feel there was so much scope on that side of the story too. Having said that, with a new year,I hope that the upcoming issue will have information about what kind of films people should look forward to in 2012.
