Reacting to senior BJP leader L K Advanis announcement that all NDA MPs will submit a declaration that they have no illegal assets in foreign bank accounts,the Congress on Monday welcomed the move but said that those MPs should also give an undertaking that they have no illegal assets within the country.

If at all they wish to give an undertaking that they have no black money in foreign banks,propriety demands that they must also give an undertaking that they have no black money in India, Congress spokesman Manish Tewari told reporters here.

Asked if the Congress MPs would also follow suit,he said,Let those people who initiated it walk the talk. You cannot have two standards of black money abroad and that generated domestically.
