Tata Housing enters Ahmedabad with affordable homes

Tata Housing Development Company launched Shubh Griha,a value-housing project in Ahmedabad. The project,an integrated sustainable green township,spread across 135 acres would be jointly developed with Arvind Real Estate. It is located on the Vadsar-Kalol Road,near Arvind Mills. The area of the apartments would range from 293-457 sq ft in configurations of 1 room-kitchen,1 BHK and 1.5 BHK and would offer all essential amenities. Prices would range between Rs 7.92-12.33 lakh. The project is being designed by Toronto-based HoK and would be based on the architectural traditions of Gujarat.

DLF to launch luxury floors in Panchkula

DLF has launched luxury independent floors at DLF Valley,a 209-acre integrated township project located at Pinjore Kalka Urban Complex Sector 3,near Chandimandir Cantonment.

The independent floors,a low-rise development,would be equipped with features such as modular kitchens and wardrobes that match international specifications. There are 108 such luxury floors on offer and would range between 1,365-1,575 sq ft. Basic prices start at Rs 55 lakh.

Mahindra Lifespaces enters Nagpur

Mahindra Lifespace Developers,the real estate and infrastructure development arm of the Mahindra Group,announced its township project in Nagpur. Spread across 25.25 acres,the project called ‘Bloomdale’ is in the residential zone of the 4,354 hectare Mihan (multi-modal international cargo hub and airport).The project would offer a choice of apartments and individual homes from 1-3 BHK,besides row houses and duplex homes.

Alpha G:Corp Development has launched the third phase of GurgaonOne 84,located at sector 84,Gurgaon. The project offers two-,three- and four-bedroom apartments ranging from 1,181-3,194 sq ft and is priced at Rs 4,450 per sq ft.
