Cadila Healthcare gets USFDA warning

At 12.45 pm shares of Cadila Healthcare fell as much as 4.77 percent.

Indian drugmaker Cadila Healthcare said on Wednesday it has received a warning letter from US Food and Drug Administration following a pre-approval inspection of new injectable facility in the western state of Gujarat.

It did not say what the warning was about.

We are addressing the issue expeditiously to resolve the matter. We do not expect any impact on our current business,it said in a statement,without divulging any details.

At 12.45 p.m.,shares of Cadila Healthcare,which fell as much as 4.77 percent,pared some losses and were trading down 1.79 percent at 931.95 rupees.
