NEW DELHI: Gearing up to launch services in partnership with Tatas,Malaysian low-cost carrier AirAsia has incorporated a company AirAsia (India) Pvt Ltd in India with the filing of all requisite documents with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).
