BJPs Aurangabad MLA Ramadhar Singh,who had resigned as minister in May for being an absconder in a 1992 case,on Friday came back to the Nitish cabinet. He is likely to get the Cooperative portfolio he held before. Singh had sought regular bail in the case.
Singh,who had been declared a proclaimed offender on December 8,1995 in a 1992 case,resigned from the cabinet in mid-May.
A case had been registered at Madanpur police station against Singh over a communal speech he made in Aurangabad in 1992.
