James Holmes,who allegedly killed 12 people during the screening of ”The Dark Knight Rises” at a movie hall in Colorado,United States,saw at least three mental health professionals at the University of Colorado before undertaking the the midnight shooting rampage.
At the University of Colorado,James Holmes had been a PhD student in neuroscience,before he dropped out last June.
According to the CBS News,before he left this campus,he had seen at least three mental health professionals associated with student mental health services.
Only one name has been publicly disclosed,Dr. Lynne Fenton,who is subpoenaed to appear in court in the Holmes case.
According to the report,how long Holmes met with each one the mental health professional and the depth of their involvement is not clear,but it adds to the picture of Holmes being clearly on their radar in the time period leading up to the shootings.
Holmes has been accused of opening fire in a midnight screening of the new Batman movie at a movie hall in a Denver suburb,killing dozens of people and wounding 58 others.
His attorney has claimed that Holmes suffers from an unspecified mental illness and had tried to get help.
